Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

The Mechanical / Technical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, equipment functionality, and technical support across manufacturing operations.

• Supporting the Production Manager with technical administration, production schedules, and workforce planning
• Diagnosing machinery faults and performing root-cause analysis on technical failures
• Providing technical troubleshooting and on-site maintenance support

• Testing and evaluating machinery components according to engineering specifications

Education & Qualification Requirements

Applicants should meet the following educational requirements:

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering Discipline
• Additional certifications in maintenance engineering, manufacturing systems, or industrial safety will be considered advantageous
• Professional engineering registration or membership in engineering bodies is beneficial but not mandatory
