Job Overview
Microsoft Lesotho is seeking a Digital Education Consultant to design and implement e-learning platforms for schools and institutions across Leribe. Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized e-learning platforms using Microsoft tools like Teams and OneNote.
- Collaborate with educators to integrate technology into curricula.
- Conduct training workshops for teachers on digital teaching methodologies.
- Evaluate and optimize existing educational software for user accessibility.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for school IT systems.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in educational software development and LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical strategies and learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Problem-solving skills for technical and educational challenges.
- Fluency in both Sesotho and English.
Education
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in Educational Technology is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years in educational technology implementation, preferably in K-12 or higher education settings. Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools is essential.
Salary
2,200 – 3,200 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
