Job Overview
Join our R&D team as a Green Concrete Innovator to develop next-generation low-carbon concrete solutions for infrastructure projects across Lesotho. This role will focus on formulating eco-friendly cement alternatives using locally sourced materials while maintaining industry-standard durability. Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop sustainable concrete mixtures using recycled materials and carbon capture technologies
- Conduct laboratory experiments to test material performance under various environmental conditions
- Collaborate with civil engineers to implement green construction solutions in real-world projects
- Document findings and publish technical reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends in sustainable construction materials and technologies

Salary
