Job Overview

The Beverage Production Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining the manufacturing processes that produce Coca‑Cola’s flagship drinks at the Maseru facility. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine beverage production processes to achieve optimal yield, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with food safety standards and internal specifications.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, downtime, energy consumption, and waste generation.
• Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process validation reports.
• Support new product introductions by designing pilot runs and scaling up to full production.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to schedule preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure all processes adhere to local regulatory requirements and corporate sustainability goals.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in statistical tools.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB) and PLC control systems.
