Job Overview
The Supply Chain Optimization Analyst will join Unilever’s dynamic Supply Chain & Operations team in Maseru, playing a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing data‑driven solutions that improve end‑to‑end supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities

- Develop predictive demand models using statistical techniques and machine‑learning tools to improve forecast accuracy.
- Design and implement inventory optimization strategies that balance service levels with working capital constraints.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation routes, reduce lead times, and lower carbon emissions.
- Prepare interactive dashboards and visual reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators such as fill rate, order cycle time, and cost per unit.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma projects, to eliminate waste and enhance process efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and recommend corrective actions to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Participate in cross‑functional workshops to align supply chain plans with marketing promotions and new product launches.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data‑visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Education
