Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Hydrogeological Survey Technician to join our specialized field team in the Quthing district. This role is critical to our mission of identifying sustainable groundwater sources and monitoring aquifer health. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct geophysical surveys using electrical resistivity and seismic methods to locate groundwater.
- Supervise drilling operations and ensure borehole construction meets technical specifications.
- Collect and preserve water samples for laboratory chemical and microbiological analysis.
- Maintain and calibrate sensitive field equipment including GPS and water level meters.
- Document field observations and geological findings in detailed technical logs.
- Collaborate with local community leaders to ensure minimal environmental impact during surveys.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in operating geological field equipment and GPS devices.
- Strong understanding of soil and rock formations in semi-arid environments.

Education

Experience

Salary
