Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor the health of existing infrastructure and identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate with geotechnical engineers to assess soil-structure interaction in mountainous terrains.
  • Develop comprehensive technical reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure all engineering designs comply with both local Lesotho building codes and international standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site technicians during the construction phase.

Required Skills
