We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized E-commerce Inventory Controller to join our growing operations team in Quthing. This role is critical to our success, as you will be responsible for maintaining the delicate balance between stock availability and consumer demand. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time stock levels across multiple digital sales channels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
  • Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and digital records.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast seasonal demand and optimize reorder points.
  • Manage the intake of new product lines, ensuring all items are correctly tagged and entered into the system.
  • Analyze inventory turnover rates to identify slow-moving items and suggest liquidation strategies.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure optimal storage conditions and efficient picking/packing workflows.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in ERP and Inventory Management Systems (IMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for forecasting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy in stock records.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with procurement and logistics departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically regarding pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory for this position.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory control, specifically within a high-volume e-commerce or retail environment. Proven experience in managing digital stock levels and using automated inventory software is highly preferred.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
