Job Overview
The Laboratory Quality Systems Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system (QMS) across all laboratory operations. This position ensures that all diagnostic processes comply with ISO 15189 standards and local regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will oversee internal audits, manage non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of diagnostic accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the laboratory quality management system in accordance with ISO 15189 standards.

- Manage the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes for all laboratory non-conformities.
- Oversee the validation and verification of new laboratory equipment and diagnostic methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to turnaround time and error rates.
- Coordinate proficiency testing and external quality assurance programs.
- Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff on quality protocols and compliance requirements.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 3 years specifically focused on quality management, auditing, or regulatory compliance within a medical diagnostic environment.
Salary
The annual gross salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 620,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
