We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our Maseru office. This role is critical to our investment services department, where you will be responsible for conducting deep-market research, performing complex financial modeling, and supporting senior management in making informed acquisition and divestment decisions.   • Monitor local economic indicators and regulatory changes that may impact real estate valuations.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and financial modeling techniques.
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance, including valuation methodologies and investment metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field is required. Professional certifications such as CFA or RICS are highly advantageous.

Experience
