Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our Maseru office. This role is critical to our investment services department, where you will be responsible for conducting deep-market research, performing complex financial modeling, and supporting senior management in making informed acquisition and divestment decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor local economic indicators and regulatory changes that may impact real estate valuations.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and financial modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, including valuation methodologies and investment metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field is required. Professional certifications such as CFA or RICS are highly advantageous.

Experience

Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 720,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
