Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead our local sourcing and procurement operations. This role is critical to our manufacturing success, ensuring that all raw materials, chemicals, and industrial components are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and sustainably. The successful candidate will manage complex supplier relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and implement advanced procurement technologies to optimize our supply chain. This is a pivotal role within our Maseru facility, requiring a leader who can navigate the complexities of international trade while maintaining strong local supplier networks. Key Responsibilities

Education

A Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered in exceptional cases.

Experience

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing or chemical industry environment. Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and leading diverse teams is essential.

Salary
