Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Procurement Specialist to join our manufacturing hub in Mafeteng. This role is critical to our operational success, ensuring that all raw materials, components, and services are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with our rigorous quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and ensure supply security.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with international and local suppliers to achieve favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics departments to align procurement schedules with manufacturing demands.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to prevent production downtime.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to inform purchasing decisions.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal company policies and international trade regulations.

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing or chemical industry environment. Proven experience in managing complex supplier networks and high-value negotiations is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 620,000 SSP, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance during the interview process.
