Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable logistics frameworks to support rapid e-commerce growth in the region.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including inbound, outbound, and last-mile delivery optimization.
- Manage relationships with local third-party logistics (3PL) providers and courier services.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy and delivery speed.
- Lead a diverse team of logistics coordinators and warehouse supervisors to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives through route optimization and inventory management improvements.

- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and predictive modeling for demand forecasting.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations and local customs procedures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
Education
A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field is required. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and significant professional experience may be considered.
Experience
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role within a large-scale e-commerce or retail environment. Proven track record of managing complex distribution networks is essential for this employment in Lesotho.
Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 680,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics. This is a highly competitive package within the local market.
