Job Overview

The Senior Agronomist will lead Nestlé Lesotho’s agronomic initiatives in the Mokhotlong region, driving innovative solutions to improve crop yields, soil health, and farmer livelihoods. This role involves close collaboration with research institutions, government agencies, and local farming communities to implement best‑practice agronomy techniques. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor soil health, pest pressures, and disease outbreaks, delivering timely interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s sustainable sourcing standards and local regulatory requirements.
