Job Overview

The Senior Production Planner will lead the end‑to‑end planning process for our manufacturing lines, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, on‑time delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed weekly and monthly production plans for multiple product lines.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess and stock‑outs.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production schedules to meet market fluctuations.
  • Lead cross‑functional meetings to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput.
  • Prepare performance reports on capacity utilization, on‑time delivery, and production efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates with additional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are highly regarded.

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience in production planning within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment. Experience managing multi‑site operations and leading cross‑functional teams is essential.

Salary
