Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead end‑to‑end digital initiatives for Accenture’s clients in Lesotho, guiding them through strategy formulation, technology selection, and implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital transformation roadmaps for clients in the public and private sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing processes, technology stacks, and data ecosystems.
• Design and prototype innovative solutions leveraging cloud, AI, analytics, and automation.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary project teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for client staff.
• Monitor project performance, report KPIs, and recommend continuous improvement actions.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on technology strategy.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Sesotho is an advantage.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) will be considered a strong differentiator.

Experience

Salary
