Job Overview
The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead end‑to‑end digital initiatives for Accenture’s clients in Lesotho, guiding them through strategy formulation, technology selection, and implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of digital transformation roadmaps for clients in the public and private sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing processes, technology stacks, and data ecosystems.
- Design and prototype innovative solutions leveraging cloud, AI, analytics, and automation.
- Manage multi‑disciplinary project teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for client staff.
- Monitor project performance, report KPIs, and recommend continuous improvement actions.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on technology strategy.
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Sesotho is an advantage.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) will be considered a strong differentiator.
Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience delivering digital transformation projects, preferably within a consulting environment. Experience working with government agencies or large enterprises in emerging markets is highly valued.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 800,000 to SSP 1,200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
