Job Overview

The Cloud Infrastructure Manager will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AWS cloud environments for enterprise clients in Lesotho and the broader Southern Africa region. Reporting to the Regional Cloud Services Director, you will oversee a team of engineers, coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensure that cloud solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards. This role involves strategic planning, capacity management, cost optimization, and the development of best practices for cloud migration and operations. You will act as a technical advisor to customers, guiding them through complex architectural decisions and helping them leverage AWS services to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure AWS architectures for enterprise customers.
• Lead a team of cloud engineers, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and technical guidance.
• Develop and enforce cloud governance, security policies, and compliance frameworks aligned with local regulations.
• Manage capacity planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation across multiple projects.

Required Skills
