Job Overview
The Senior Fleet Manager will lead Maersk Lesotho’s fleet operations, overseeing a diverse portfolio of vehicles that service both domestic and cross‑border logistics routes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for fleet utilization, ensuring optimal vehicle allocation across all routes.
- Monitor vehicle performance metrics, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with Lesotho road safety regulations, vehicle registration requirements, and environmental standards.
- Lead a team of fleet supervisors and drivers, providing coaching, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to source vehicles and parts that meet Maersk’s quality and sustainability criteria.
- Implement telematics and data‑analytics tools to enhance route planning and real‑time tracking.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on fleet KPIs, budget adherence, and risk assessments.

Salary
