Job Overview

The Senior Fleet Manager will lead Maersk Lesotho’s fleet operations, overseeing a diverse portfolio of vehicles that service both domestic and cross‑border logistics routes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for fleet utilization, ensuring optimal vehicle allocation across all routes.
• Monitor vehicle performance metrics, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with Lesotho road safety regulations, vehicle registration requirements, and environmental standards.
• Lead a team of fleet supervisors and drivers, providing coaching, performance reviews, and professional development.
