Job Overview
The Digital Content Strategist will lead the creation, curation, and distribution of multimedia content across BBC Africa’s digital channels, including websites, social media, and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive digital content strategies aligned with audience insights and business objectives.
- Collaborate with journalists, video producers, and graphic designers to create compelling stories for web, mobile, and social platforms.
- Analyse performance metrics using analytics tools to optimise content distribution and improve engagement rates.
- Manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across multiple channels.

- Coordinate with local partners and community contributors to source authentic, locally‑relevant stories.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems, including social media, SEO, and content management systems.

Education

Salary
