Job Summary

Standard Lesotho Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Frontier Services & Regional Trade Operations to lead cross-border banking solutions, trade finance services, client relationship management, and frontier market expansion initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee strategic business development activities, facilitate regional trade transactions, and support financial inclusion initiatives across Southern Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead frontier services operations and regional business growth initiatives.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance will be an added advantage.
  • Professional certifications in Trade Finance, Banking Operations, Risk Management, or Financial Services are preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of banking, trade finance, or commercial banking experience.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience working with multinational clients, SMEs, and regional trade corridors.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and financial products.
