Job Summary

Standard Lesotho Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Frontier Services & Regional Trade Operations to lead cross-border banking solutions, trade finance services, client relationship management, and frontier market expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontier services operations and regional business growth initiatives.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance will be an added advantage.
• Professional certifications in Trade Finance, Banking Operations, Risk Management, or Financial Services are preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of banking, trade finance, or commercial banking experience.
• At least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience working with multinational clients, SMEs, and regional trade corridors.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and financial products.
