Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing strategies to promote sustainable tourism initiatives in Lesotho.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to develop eco-tourism content for digital and print platforms.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and conservation partners to create tailored visitor experiences.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expanding Lesotho’s eco-tourism footprint.
- Manage social media campaigns highlighting conservation success stories and community-led tourism projects.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within tourism or environmental sectors.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Advanced certifications in digital marketing or sustainable tourism are advantageous.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on tourism or conservation projects.
- Previous work in Lesotho or Southern Africa is preferred.
Salary
2000 – 2500 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
