Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily freight movements, including air, road, and rail shipments, ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Monitor shipment status using DHL’s proprietary tracking platforms and proactively address delays.
- Prepare and verify all required documentation for customs clearance, adhering to Lesotho’s import/export regulations.

- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures, and international logistics.

Education

Experience
A minimum of three to five years of experience in freight operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role within a multinational logistics company is required. Experience with customs clearance in Southern Africa and familiarity with DHL’s operational standards will be highly valued.
