Job Overview

The Front Office Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services. Key Responsibilities

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in hospitality management are highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a high-end hotel environment.

Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from 150,000 SSP to 250,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
