We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our growing advisory team in Maseru. This role is critical in helping our clients navigate the complexities of environmental regulations, carbon footprint reduction, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in environmental modeling and lifecycle assessment (LCA) tools.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management expertise with a focus on environmental consultancy.

Education

A Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. A PhD in a specialized environmental discipline is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in environmental consultancy or sustainability advisory. Proven experience in managing large-scale environmental projects and leading client-facing engagements is essential. We are looking for individuals who have successfully navigated the regulatory landscapes of Southern Africa.

Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 680,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s specific expertise and previous experience in the field.
