Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and financial reports.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of international trade regulations and local Lesotho import/export laws.

Education

A Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Experience

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership capacity within a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Salary

The annual compensation package for this role ranges from 150,000 SSP to 280,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
