Job Overview
The Aviation Fleet Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness and operational readiness of our entire aircraft fleet. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive aircraft maintenance programs to ensure maximum fleet availability.

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Lesotho Civil Aviation Authority and international ICAO standards.

- Monitor technical trends and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring mechanical issues.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within a commercial airline environment.
Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 680,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s specific expertise and technical certifications.
