Job Overview

The Education Program Manager will design, implement, and oversee Microsoft’s education initiatives in the Teyateyaneng region and beyond. Reporting to the Regional Education Lead, the manager will collaborate with local schools, ministries of education, NGOs, and private sector partners to deliver cloud‑based learning solutions, teacher training, and student empowerment programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive education program strategy aligned with Microsoft’s global education objectives and Lesotho’s national education policies.

• Lead the rollout of Microsoft Teams for Education, Azure cloud services, and other digital learning tools across target schools.
• Design and deliver professional development workshops for teachers, focusing on digital pedagogy, curriculum integration, and data‑driven instruction.
• Monitor program performance using key metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
• Manage program budgets, procurement processes, and resource allocation to ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Advocate for inclusive education by incorporating accessibility features and supporting underserved communities.
• Represent Microsoft at education conferences, community events, and stakeholder meetings in Lesotho.

Required Skills

Education
