Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Asset Manager to oversee the performance and lifecycle of our renewable energy installations in the Quthing region. Key Responsibilities
- Optimize the technical performance and availability of renewable energy assets through advanced data analytics and predictive maintenance.
- Develop and implement long-term asset management strategies to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and extend equipment life.
- Coordinate with field technicians and external contractors to ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and environmental impact assessments to ensure all operations align with Lesotho’s energy policies.
- Manage operational budgets and provide detailed financial reporting to regional headquarters.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management within the energy sector, specifically focusing on wind, solar, or hydroelectric power. Proven experience in the Southern African energy market is highly desirable. You should have a track record of managing multi-million dollar assets and leading technical teams.
Salary
