Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our growing data analytics division in Maseru. This role is critical for converting raw data into actionable intelligence that drives strategic decision-making for our diverse client base. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain sophisticated BI solutions, including complex data models, ETL processes, and interactive dashboards. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Expertise in BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schema).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data patterns.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is required. Advanced certifications in SAP Analytics or specialized Data Engineering are highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence development or data engineering. Proven experience in designing enterprise-level data architectures and managing large-scale data migrations is essential. Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 to 680,000 SSP, depending on experience, technical proficiency, and performance during the interview process.
