Job Overview
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with international logistics standards. This position is critical to supporting Lesotho Post’s mission to connect communities and businesses across Lesotho and the broader Southern African region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics operations including inventory control, transportation scheduling, and warehouse management
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Optimize delivery routes and transportation methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and Lesotho Post operational protocols
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Implement technology solutions for tracking shipments and managing supply chain data
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM)

Education

Salary
15,000 – 20,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
