Job Overview
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments to and from Quthing. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, update the warehouse management system, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to secure optimal routing and pricing.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and delivery notes.
- Track shipments in real time, resolve delays, and provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze logistics performance data, generate reports, and recommend process enhancements.
- Support the implementation of digital tools such as transportation management systems (TMS) and electronic data interchange (EDI).
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to align logistics plans with demand forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies throughout all logistics activities.
