Job Overview
The Logistics Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of shipments, managing documentation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods. This role serves as a critical link between customers, carriers, customs authorities, and DHL’s internal departments, guaranteeing that all logistics activities align with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including Incoterms, hazardous material handling, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and performance metrics for internal reporting.
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, such as carbon‑footprint tracking and green logistics practices.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in Sesotho is an advantage.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
