Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the lifecycle of Pearson’s EdTech products for Lesotho’s K-12 and vocational education sectors.
• Collaborate with local educators to identify gaps in digital learning resources and develop solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, instructional designers, and content creators.
• Monitor user feedback and analytics to refine product features and improve user engagement.
