Job Overview
The CSR Manager will design and lead Heineken Lesotho’s corporate social responsibility strategy, aligning social projects with business goals and measuring impact. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, the role will collaborate with internal teams, NGOs, and government bodies to deliver programs in education, health, water stewardship, and responsible consumption.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a CSR roadmap that supports Heineken’s “Brewing a Better World” agenda.
- Identify community projects in education, health, and water stewardship and oversee their execution.
- Manage relationships with NGOs, local authorities, and community leaders.
- Prepare annual CSR reports, impact assessments, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
- Lead internal awareness campaigns to embed sustainability culture across the organization.
Required Skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in impact measurement and reporting.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, HR, operations, and finance.
- Knowledge of Lesotho’s social and environmental landscape; English fluency required.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Social Development, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or professional certification in Sustainability or CSR is a plus.
Experience
At least five (5) years of progressive experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or community development, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods sector.
Salary
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from SSP 500,000 to SSP 800,000, plus performance‑based bonuses.
