Job Overview
The Enterprise Solutions Implementation Manager will lead complex SAP implementation projects from inception to go‑live, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Regional Director of Implementation Services, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including solution architects, functional consultants, technical developers, and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects, overseeing scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication, role clarity, and alignment with project milestones.
- Engage with clients to gather business requirements, conduct fit‑gap analyses, and design solution blueprints that align with industry best practices.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risk registers, and issue logs, delivering projects within agreed financial parameters.
- Drive change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training plans, and adoption strategies to maximize user acceptance.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) or relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of five to seven years of experience in SAP implementation, with at least two years in a managerial or lead role. Experience delivering projects in the African market, particularly within the manufacturing, financial services, or public sector, will be viewed favorably.
