Job Overview
The International Freight Forwarding Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end process of air, sea, and road freight shipments for DHL’s clients in Lesotho and the broader Southern African region. The role involves coordinating with carriers, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and compliant movement of goods. Key Responsibilities

- Communicate proactively with customers, providing status updates, resolving issues, and offering logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop quotes, negotiate rates, and support new business opportunities.
- Monitor compliance with Lesotho customs regulations, international trade laws, and DHL’s internal policies.
- Analyze shipment performance metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on freight volumes, costs, and service levels for management review.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, including digitalization and sustainability initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., DHL’s TMS, SAP, or similar platforms).

Education
