Job Overview
The Industrial Automation Systems Designer will play a critical role in developing, testing, and implementing sophisticated control systems for large-scale manufacturing plants. This role requires a deep understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and complex sensor networks. You will be responsible for translating client requirements into functional technical blueprints that ensure seamless machine operation and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex automation control architectures for diverse manufacturing processes.
- Program and configure PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- Conduct rigorous simulation and testing of automated sequences to ensure operational safety.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical control systems with heavy machinery.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and optimization of existing automation hardware and software.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including wiring diagrams and functional logic descriptions.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider).
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and EtherNet/IP.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a closely related technical field is mandatory for this position.
Experience
Candidates must possess between 5 and 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation design or systems integration. Proven experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting is highly preferred. We are looking for professionals who have successfully managed the lifecycle of automation projects from conceptual design to final commissioning.
Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 680,000 SSP, depending on technical expertise and previous experience in the field.
