Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team in Quthing. This role is critical to our mission of providing world-class logistics services within the Lesotho region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex shipping schedules, managing local distribution networks, and ensuring that all regulatory compliance standards are met for both domestic and international shipments. This position requires a strategic thinker who can optimize routes, reduce transit times, and manage vendor relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee complex international and domestic shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize local distribution routes to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.
• Manage relationships with third-party carriers and local transport providers to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overages.
• Ensure all shipping documentation and customs declarations comply with Lesotho and international trade regulations.
• Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide accurate shipping quotes and delivery timelines.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, preferably within a multinational courier or freight forwarding environment. Proven experience in managing regional distribution networks is essential for success in this role.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
