  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in guest relations or luxury service standards are highly advantageous.

Experience

Candidates must possess between 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment. Proven experience in managing guest expectations and coordinating multi-departmental workflows is essential for success in this role.

Salary
