Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Maputsoe operations. This role is critical in managing complex transport networks and ensuring the seamless movement of freight through various modes of transport. The successful candidate will oversee documentation, coordinate with international carriers, and optimize route efficiencies to reduce costs and lead times. This position requires a deep understanding of customs regulations and international shipping standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor international shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with local regulations.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications such as CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) are highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics or freight forwarding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior coordination role. Proven experience in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) trade corridors is a significant advantage.

Salary

The offered salary range for this position is 150,000 SSP to 280,000 SSP per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
