Job Overview

The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and management of advanced security controls to protect Microsoft Lesotho’s infrastructure, data, and customer assets. This role involves proactive threat hunting, incident response coordination, and the development of security policies aligned with global standards. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
• Ability to stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline is required. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Azure Security Engineer Associate are highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
