Job Overview

The IT Service Delivery Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of IT services for Cisco’s clients in Lesotho and the surrounding region. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will oversee service delivery processes, ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, technical teams, and senior management, guaranteeing that service quality meets the high standards expected of Cisco. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of IT services, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including network engineers, support specialists, and project managers.
  • Develop and maintain service delivery frameworks, processes, and documentation.
  • Monitor service performance metrics, generate reports, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Engage with clients to understand business needs, propose solutions, and drive service enhancements.
  • Facilitate regular service review meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains across service operations.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of the service delivery team.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT service environments.

Education

Experience

Minimum of five years of experience in IT service delivery, operations management, or a similar role. Experience within a multinational technology company or a large-scale service provider is preferred.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary range of SSP 250,000 to 350,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based incentives and annual bonuses are also part of the compensation package.
