Job Overview

The Academic Program Coordinator will support the Faculty of Education by designing, implementing, and evaluating curricula, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and industry needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update curricula in partnership with academic staff and industry experts.

  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and prepare audit documentation.
  • Facilitate faculty workshops and professional development sessions.
  • Manage programme budgets and recommend cost‑effective solutions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sesotho.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Curriculum Development, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

Experience

Minimum of three to five years in academic programme coordination, curriculum development, or educational administration, preferably within a university setting.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary of SSP 250,000 to SSP 350,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus performance‑based incentives.
