Job Overview
The Investment Banking Analyst will join the Corporate Finance team in Mafeteng, supporting senior bankers in executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. The analyst will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, valuation analysis, industry research, and preparing client presentations. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to support deal origination and client advisory.
- Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and transaction memoranda that articulate strategic recommendations.
- Assist senior bankers in due diligence processes, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Monitor transaction timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure efficient execution.
- Support the preparation of internal reports and market updates for senior leadership.

Education
