Position Summary

Vodacom Lesotho is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Supply & Delivery of a Network Access Control (NAC) Solution across enterprise infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee solution design, deployment, integration, security compliance, vendor management, and operational readiness while ensuring secure network access across corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NAC solution deployment projects.
• Conduct network security assessments and gap analyses.
• Develop implementation plans, project timelines, and deployment schedules.
• Configure authentication policies and access control frameworks.
• Integrate NAC solutions with Active Directory, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security platforms.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Monitor project budgets and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and organizational policies.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Produce technical documentation and operational manuals.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and system validation.
• Train IT teams on NAC administration and troubleshooting.
• Support security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor network performance and access management controls.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity teams.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Master’s Degree in Information Systems or Cyber Security will be advantageous.
• Professional certifications preferred:
  • CISSP
  • CCNP Security
  • CEH
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Fortinet NSE
  • Palo Alto Certifications

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure.
• At least 5 years in cybersecurity or network security operations.
• Proven experience implementing NAC platforms such as Cisco ISE, FortiNAC, Aruba ClearPass, or Forescout.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Strong background in security compliance and governance.
• Experience working with telecommunications or financial institutions is advantageous.
