Position Overview
Deloitte Lesotho is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead organizational transformation initiatives across public sector institutions, financial services organizations, telecommunications companies, and development projects.
The successful candidate will drive change adoption, stakeholder engagement, workforce transformation, organizational restructuring, business process improvement, and digital transformation programs. Key Responsibilities

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Management, Economics, or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree in Organizational Change, MBA, Public Administration, or Strategic Management preferred.
- Prosci Change Management Certification highly desirable.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of consulting or organizational transformation experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale change programs.
- Experience working with government, NGOs, financial institutions, or multinational corporations.
- Strong exposure to strategic planning and business process reengineering.
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional project teams.
