Job Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior E-commerce Product Manager to lead our digital storefront evolution. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for the e-commerce platform to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement new features, improve site performance, and ensure a seamless checkout process.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value to inform strategy.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align digital product features with promotional campaigns and seasonal sales.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in the digital retail sector.
Required Skills
- Expertise in agile product management methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical developers and business stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles to optimize the digital customer journey.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced certification in Product Management is highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in digital product management, specifically within a high-volume e-commerce or retail environment. Proven track record of managing complex digital products and driving measurable business growth is essential.
Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 680,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
