Job Overview

The Telecommunications Network Planning Engineer will lead the design, optimization, and expansion of Orange Lesotho’s radio access network (RAN) and core infrastructure. • Coordinate site acquisition, permitting, and civil works with local authorities and contractors.
• Collaborate with vendor engineering teams to evaluate equipment specifications, integration requirements, and cost estimates.
• Monitor network performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to enhance QoS.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and budget proposals for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Lesotho’s telecommunications regulations and international safety standards.

Required Skills
