Job Overview
Lead strategic initiatives to expand Syngenta’s agribusiness footprint in southern Lesotho. This role combines technical expertise with community engagement to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agribusiness development programs for smallholder farmers
- Conduct market research to identify new agricultural product opportunities
- Coordinate training sessions on modern farming techniques and crop diversification
- Monitor and evaluate the socio-economic impact of agribusiness initiatives
- Collaborate with government agencies and NGOs on rural development projects
Required Skills
- Proven experience in agribusiness strategy development
- Strong understanding of Lesotho’s agricultural value chains
