We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Berea office. This role is critical in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance. Key Responsibilities

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certification such as SHRM or CIPD is highly advantageous.

Experience

Candidates must possess between 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in a human resources role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment. Proven experience in a business partner capacity is essential for success in this position.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is 150,000 SSP to 280,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
